Do not expect to speak to a human in under 60 minutes on Customer Service Line.
Delivery promises broken by text message.
Totally Disorganised Delivery schedule.
Poor Quality beds ours had to be replaced after 5 months due to the damage to the springs made on delivery when the mattress was bent in half.
Six week wait for replacement bed.
Customer Advisors will not transfer you to a manager at any cost.
Will never ever deal with this company again.
