Cruise part of package cancelled by company, so you would expect a full refund. Not with Flights and Packages, they think you should still pay for a hotel and flight even though cruise cancelled. Now embroiled in lengthy battle for refund of deposit but will succeed. Customers are protected by law. Holidays, tours, packages act 1992. Also, contacting ITA & ATOL, of which they are members. Will never book with them again and will tell as many as I can, how poor they are.
