“Terrible company”

I would echo nearly every other commenter here - this company, or it's agents are untruthful in that they obtain new business by promising no charges and then apply charges without any notification - about three different charges in my experience. They were also apparently unable to stop so-called 'voluntary charges' from being applied to the account in perpetuity.

Even terminating the account was problematic - their terms and conditions require 3 months notice be given. When I sent them written notice of intent to close, the account manager refused to accept it!

Avoid this company is my advice.
