Have not used the breakdown service in my 3 years of membership until last week when my car at home would not start. Rang at 9.15am approx and was told 45 mins to an hour. Using that info I informed the important medical appt that I would be late by an hour. After numerous calls by GEM operators and myself, I eventually received attention at 11.40am, 145 minutes after my original phone call!!!
What kind of service is this? I am just glad I was not waiting by the roadside!! I DO NOT care about price etc when the service is this BAD. Membership for my wife and I will NOT BE RENEWED and I would not recommend to my worst enemy, nevermind a friend.
