The Cheapside branch do not return your calls and they put false job adverts on Monster. The jobs do not actually exist, Hays are just fishing for potential future candidates. This wouldn't be a problem if jobs materialised eventually, but they do not. There are many agencies out there which treat candidates with more respect so do not bother with them.
