My Thoughts are that I would make another booking through your Company at sometime in the near future.
But I would hope to see a improvement at the Grand Hotel, Eastbourne ,
Rooms upgraded, Room Service needs agreat deal of improvement,
We stayed at the Grand last year for our Bichon Frise Birthday treat,
we ordered Room Service ,on that occasion our Breakfast arrived with no Cutlery, then we had to wait 15 mins for it to arrive, leaving the breakfast cold.
