A sad and concerning decline from a mortgage customers perspective - cannot recommend at all. Have been really bad at passing on rates cuts in SVR. Staff appear utterly uniformed re what plans are. Mortgage products offered were once competive are now very poor. Used to be a friendly, helpful society .
