General Comments
My daughters party is supposed to be held this coming Saturday (22nd September). Today is Wednesday and I have received an automated email from APLUS Entertainment stating that if they do not receive payment they will cancel the booking. I actually made payment in full on the date I booked it (£290.00)! I have emailed them 4 times already telling them that I have made payment and called their 0870 number every day and have been on hold for at least 40 minutes every time. Unfortunately I did not see this review page before now. Whether they turn up on the day who knows but I would not recommend using this company.
