I used make my trip services to book my honeymoon reservations. The agent, Prashant Pratap is far by the worst agent I have ever dealth with. He was completely irresponsive and never stood by his words. He would email me saying he would get back to me in a day and would not reply back for 3-4 days. I had to do all the leg work for the reservation. After all the hassles, they finally booked the reservation for me. On the day of departure, I found out that the airlines would not allow me to board the flight since make my trip had made my reservation such that to take my connecting flight I would need to step out of the airport, for which I would need a visa. The fool agent never mentioned this me. I called him from the airport and told him to book me tickets where I would not need to step out of the airport. The villa they booked me was decent, I expected better for the price I paid. Overall, a very very poor experience with them. I would not go on a vacation rather than booking it through them.
