No customer service. long delays with no explanation. Charged for a seat and not allowed to use it and still not reimbursed. Could not find a customer service number, had to write letters that are not answered!
One of the wost airlines ever. You'll be lucky to find an employee let alone anyone to help you at the airport. The worst customer care and service I've ever seen and I'm a frequent traveler. They don't even publish a customer service phone number. You're told to "write a letter" and it's been over 3 months with no reply or refund for a ticket we purchased and we refused the seat when we arrived at the gate!
