I have used Travel Republic for a number of years now. I have never had any problems at any time. From booking right through to the end of the holiday, I have never once had an occasion to make any form of complaint regarding Travel Republic's administration of my holidays. Even during the Icelandic Volcano disruption last year, when all around were complaining about lack of refunds etc., Travel Republic refunded all monies due within & days, which considering people are still trying to get things sorted out was a first class piece of customer service.
