I paid for speedy boarding and got the seat I wanted, window 3rd row. The flight had filled up and the crew asked me if I would move seats to accommodate a family (who obviously hadn't paid for speedy boarding)I agreed to this request so the flight to take off. I ended up in an aisle seat half way down the plane, a seat I really disn't want. I emailed easyjset and asked for a refund of the speedy boarding charge, they said no because I had got the seat I wanted and voluntary agreed to give it up to help another passenger! Erm, no..I gave it up to assist the crew in a problem they had and allow the plane an on time departure. I could rant on about the facilities for Easyjet passengers in the new F terminal at CPH but it would wear me out even thinking of how bad it is.
