We had to change our booking arrangements as the flight carrier to Sharm El Sheikh cancelled all flights. We ended up flying a day later and Travel Republic dealt with this efficiently and without fuss and were extremely helpful considering we took the opportunity to change the hotel we were originally planning to go to - so overall very happy with the service they provided.
