“Excellent service and friendly staff”

Recently bought a car from the car people and had a very pleasant experience. Went to have a look at the car I wanted after putting a small deposit down. They took it off sale right away which is always good to see as most companies take your deposit and continue to advertise the car but car people have a very good way of doing it all. I initially inspected and test drove the car and was very pleased so I went ahead with the purchase. Paperwork was all ready when I had returned from the test drive and again very pleased only one piece of paper to read and sign not like other garages who bombard you with so much paperwork you don't know what's going on. No extra hidden charges they agreed the price for my old car before I had travelled and did not knock me down after seeing it. We arranged the following week for hand over and again all sorted very smoothly with no issues. They even arranged my private plate for retention etc. Very good so far only had the car 1 week but very happy just can't wait for my private plate to be on it. Overall the best experience of buying a car from a big company I have had. No pushy sales team and no adding extras on and messing you about. Very happy.
