When I couldn't get my bonnet to stay shut last week I had to call GEM for the first time since joining a couple of years ago, and was very happy with the service. I got through quickly and the GEM agent handled my call sympathetically and thoroughly, though I was a bit surprised at how many questions there were. She called a breakdown agent while I was on the line and that agent called me a few minutes later. He arrived within 20 minutes and was very friendly and professional, improvising a fix that got me on my way whilst explaining what I needed to do in the longer term. While he was with me two separate GEM agents checked to see how I was getting on! Very happy wih the service.
