“Poor company and seller ”

Bought scooter from this company. Customer service absolute poor. was wating more than one hour. Nobody cares. They just sad " wait 10 minutes and we will sorted out documents"

And after 40 min when i asked how long i have to wait. They sad that they don't know. It busy at the moment. 3 customers means it's realy busy.They aren't professionals. And they don't bowed about customers!
