When we decided to visit Iceland for the third time, I never thought of going through anyone else. All trips were organised on our behalf and documentation was forwarded to me well in advance of our visit. We also used the same hotel. This hotel is undergoing major refurbishment and has changed hands. Our booking had been lost but it was all resolved locally. Grayline refused to take us back from the Blue Lagoon and this resulted in a £120 taxi fare. This was a local issue that we could not resolve
