After calling from noon to approx. 7:30 p.m. 2/14/2017 I was unable to reach a live person, however the live person who took the order was patience. I went on line approx 3 pm the message said " Call back in 5 minutes, processing your order" well in some countries this practice would be consider a crime. I am writing the U.S. Consumer Financial Dept, Fl State Attorney General this company will be held accountable.
This company is a professional snake oil salesmen. Nothing but a bunch of lies. I want a total refund for the 4 order I placed to be deliver 2/14/2017.
If Just flower an American companies wants to compete DON'T take from your customers, honor your word.
There won't be a second time I am taking my money on line to China, any company not based in USA.
