Aldi's philosophy is get them in and get them out as soon as they have paid. Custmers I mean, the very poeople they are opening shops all over the place for...... Staff don't help, don't get out their way if you are filling shelves and certainly dont stop sweeping the floor if someone is waiting to pay. Then there's make sure you throw all the shopping in the trolley and ask how they are paying before youve even started processing the sale. This of course management that make there staff use this approach. As one is staff member recently told a customer in my local branch who dared to comment on having to wait to be served; if you don't like go else where, its making you wait that keeps the prices down. In the past I have shopped here as some on the products are good, and prices are without doubt cheaper than the big 4 supermarkets, but what a price you pay for cheapness. Cheap prodfucts for cheap rude service.
