I have used st tropez for years after trying lots of other self tanners. I have very very pale skins and I find st tropez builds up a nice dark colour. I thought I would rty xen tan after seeing rave reviews. Xen tan clung to even the slightest dry patch there was on my skin and therefore looked really blotchy. As I was rubbing it in it even turned into small bits in certain places and came off, so leaving little white patches behind. It really doesnt even stand up to some of the high street, cheaper brands. It is a waste of money! I'm not sure why there are so many rave reviews. I think perhaps if I had oily skin or skin with no amount of dry skin at all (xen tan clung to bits of skin that didnt look dry before!) then it may give a good colour, otherwise its a total waste of money. st tropez is far far far better!
