Outbound - cancelled, delayed second flight, 1.5 hours for bags to arrive
Inbound - delayed, cabin crew 'fogot' to give me my change from 20 pound note. Following email:
Dear Mr Unsworth,
Thank you for contacting us.
Look I cant refund you anything without a receipt, I have went to my team leader and they have said the same, its out of control I know your annoyed due to the fact you cant get your money back but please understand that there is nothing I can do.
Neeless to say - EASYJET NEVER AGAIN!
