i sufffered from acne since i was 14 years old. i eventually found this product while looking through a teen mag that advertised it. i am now 27 years old and had been using Panoxyl after everything else failed. (tried pretty much all the over the counter things).

this cream is amazing. yes it does sting at first, especially if you use the alcohol cream but you can use the aquagel which has a less drying effect.

After all these years of using Panoxyl and seeing the results, i would never ever think to use anything else. This is the only cream to use for acne. no one would ever believe i ever had acne. it kills the bacteria that causes the spots, unlike Freederm which only reduces the inflammation but does not kill the bacteria. Panoxyl also seems to help previous acne marks fade away. my skin is baby soft and went onto strength 10 after a year and find that my skin totally is reacting to this cream and is not dry anymore, despite the strong stregth of cream.
