This airline company is complete s***. Don't go through them. Also, they refuse to contact you if you have any questions. I was never able to talk to a real person and I was only able to log into their website once. The people at the desk in Berlin were very nice. I don't know what the hell is going on with people in management. Don't use this company. Pay a little more.
