With Easyjet you get what it says on the tin really. Its cheap and (I imagine)you will only have something to complain about if there is a problem. Can't really see customer service being their strong point, but I could be wrong!
Yes the seats are cramped, yes the food is poor quality and expensive, yes you have to pay extra for baggage and to get a seat next to your travelling companion but, but, it is everso reasonably priced!
Would I fly Easyjet again. Absolutely. It will be the first airline I check next time I need to fly short haul
