I ordered business cards and paid £14.95 for the three day "rush" service. The cards did not arrive as promised and I spent over two hours on the phone to customer service in Jamaica - they were absolutely useless, had no idea about which country or even time zone I was in, and kept apologising but had no solution.

I ended up going to a local printer who said that he had experienced similar problems with Vista Print numerous times - he also said that I should monitor my bank account to ensure that they do not take money out.

Utterly appalling company and customer service - please do not ever deal with them!!
