Good Points
They don't have a heater and work off hot water intake.
Very quick wash times and less parts to go wrong.

Bad Points
In order to work best they need a combi boiler and to be connected by a plumber.
They are top loading so it won't go under-counter, and not to everyone's taste.

General Comments
We have been hiring Whirlpool LSQ8033 Heavy Duty Series 8 washing machines out for a while to schools and colleges, and they hardly ever have a problem. I have one at home now, and it is really handy for a large family who produce lots of washing.
