Good Points
**A ton of usable power in every gear. I wheelied it just a little going down hill in third gear, without even trying that hard.
**Reliable. I don't need to have owned this bike to know that. It's a Honda...
**The exhaust note is very pleasing as you rip open the throttle and tap into that beastly torque.

Bad Points
**The only real "complaint" I had about this bike is that I thought it felt somewhat top heavy at low speeds. When I was leaving my friends house on it, the first time ever riding it, I actually put a foot down trying to turn it around in his driveway. I'd never do that on a 250 :) However, that was partly because I had never ridden it before and was getting used to the gearing and the way the suspension felt...

*The one other thing I noticed, which may have been an issue with this particular bike, and not the model in general, was that it seemed a little squirrely at higher speeds (70+).

General Comments
I should mention that I only just rode this bike (a friend let me borrow it) today, for about three hours. However, I definitely put it through its paces, as I have about 17 thousand miles of experience riding dual sports on the street and in the dirt, and have ridden many different bikes (friends always let me try their bikes :D ) ! I got it up to a max speed of 90 mph indicated(about 84 actual). Second gear wheelies from 10 to 30+ mph are very easy. The bike just GOES! I loved the grunt this bike has to offer. Good low end and an awesome mid-range, but the power doesn't drop off at the top! I also took the bike up some really big, steep, gnarly hills in second and third gear, and it never once even thought about bogging down at all, even at damn near idling engine speed! What a fun bike, I really like it!
