Good Points
Internet based e-mail access has given me a "permanent" e-mail address for several years.

Bad Points
In my expereience there has been a decreasing service and reliabilty. Reason I am writing this right now is the website isn't responding. Also, their claim that the stop junk mail is BS these days.

General Comments
I have been a customer of MAILSNARE for several years when web based e-mail was relatively new concept. It was great to retain the same e-mail address as ISP's changed. Now, that is "old" news and there are several free web based e-mail offering, Gmail being one I'm now using. Mailsnare has dropped significantly in the ability to stop spam. Also, I am finding there are delays in processing e-mail and working their site. I am also finding that there is a clear drop in customer service. All in all, in my opinion it seems they are slipping and it is time for me to move on. I do not recommend Mail Snare.net
