“I love iLKB!”

I can't say enough about iLoveKickboxing! I HATE working out, but I look forward to going to class as often as I can and am bummed when I have to miss. The workout is intense and challenging but can be modified to suit all abilities (I am an amputee. If I can do this, anyone can!). I always leave feeling stronger and more confident. But the best part of iLKB is the staff. They are always enthusiastic and encouraging. They motivate me and make me want to push myself to do one more burpee. They also connect with each and every member. I have never felt so welcomed and cared for at any other gym and, for me at least, that makes a huge difference.
