Without doubt the worst company It has ever been my misfortune to deal with, been trying for two weeks to get my money from my isa,been locked out of my online account,cant get anyone to answer a phone,cant get them to ring me,have had to result to snail mail, still waiting for a reply after four days!
Well done NS&I you've managed to put online based accounts back 20years.
Customer service is a joke.
I will get my money back, sometime, and I will find a more proffesional outfit to invest my money with.
My advice to anyone who wants it, STAY AWAY FROM NS&I.
