“From start to Brilliant finish !”

My journey started with the Grant team -pre-technical sales,marketing and area sales who guided me to the final choice of an environmentally efficient,cost considerate 10 year guaranteed 15-21 Vortex Pro Blue Flame external boiler.We spent time discussing various Grant products,pro's & con's including other market boilers & types.After looking at national equipment reviews & performance statistics I was in the position to make an informed choice.Given this process,there was nothing that I didn't like about the Grant product given my criteria of selection factors and the external installation which gave me enhanced safety features.The installation company,South West Scotland based Donald C McRobert & Sons Limited continued the journey by providing a first class service with skilled competent engineers.They commenced as agreed and completed on schedule.After approval by an independent commissioning company(a comforting arrangement),the system is working beautifully and is giving the brilliant performance that was promised.
