“Amazing Arctic Experience”

Wonderfully organised experience. Staff were very helpful and everything went smoothly from when we stepped off the plane and met the awaiting reps to when they dropped us off at the airport to come home. Taster sessions of the different activities were good and gave you an idea of the ones you enjoyed most to go on and book a longer excursion. Hotel was clean and tidy with the added bonus of each room having its own sauna- nice after a long day in the snow.
The only thing would be that it would be nice to have to option of a double room- me and my partner were allocated a twin room and it would have been nicer to have had a double bed. This was not an option when booking.
