Booked a break to benidorm there was a couple of issues at first not having the full email correct but our issues were dealt with really well and the rest was easy going nice polite staff very helpful always got back to us with our querys and great price aswell have already told friends and family about holiday gems and look forward to our getaway would book again in future many thanks for everything
