Good Points
I love the fact that this phone can do so much, 3.2 Mega Pixel pictures are great quality, I'm able to watch live TV (handy for Match of the day while im out on a Saturday night), I've got Tom Tom mobile which works great, and a 1GB card which seems to never run out of space!

Bad Points
The navigation button is prone to coming off, mine came off, (though it did not snap off), I meant to glue it back on but I lost it, but it works fine without it and I'm used to not having it now.
It does crash every so often, especially when I use a ringtone rather than just vibrate mode.
The worst thing that still bugging me is the excessive time it sometimes takes to take a photo, by which time the moment has passed!
Up until today it took over two minutes to send a text, but just found a simple file to install onto the phone which means it now takes 5 seconds.
Its also pretty big, it would be nice if there was a smaller version

General Comments
All the negatives ive heard of for the N73 have happened to me, (though i've just fixed the main one) but i've also benefited from all the positives it has to offer, which is why I still really like this phone and I'm still using it after 15 months, I even gave my 12 month upgrade Sony Ericsson phone to my girlfriend because I preferred this one!
