“Disgusting customer service and a very rude store manager!”

went into Bedford store back in December for a dining table. They took £60 delivery charge and was told il get a call in Jan to arrange delivery. Following month they arranged a delivery date for 23/01 which was great. A week or so before I get a call to say there's been a delay the dining table won't come into the warehouse until 23/01 and I will get a call on that day to arrange the new date. I was reassured I will get the dining table by end of January I told the advisor it is for a important day and I need it before February she told me it will take upto 5 days or so for it to be delivered. still no phone call, I call them on the 23rd and they tell me I won't get delivery until 27th Feb?? I was so shocked That I been lied to and now I will have to wait for another whole month for my table. i then get a call few weeks after to tell me there's been another delay and I won't get it until end of March. The company has caused me so much Inconvience and stress. I have emailed customer service 2 days ago regarding the service I received and since then I have not got any form of contact back. I called the Bedford store to cancel my order and arrange refund. The man on the phone said he will get a authorisation code from head office and call me back. I called back several times to find out what is going on. On the 5th call the sales person got extremely rude to me and said he is still waiting for the code and said DO NOT CALL ME. I then asked to speak to a manager and he told me he is the manager. I cannot believe the manager of the store has been so rude to me. I am disgusted at Harveys and their customer service, I will never go to them ever again!
