“Awful company!”

The customer services is absolutely disgusting and after reading other reviews this seems to be the key theme so how can a company like this carry on? Because people keep using them, we need to boycott companies like this.
I had an issue that needed resolving and they couldn't give a satisfactory response, I suspected my meter may have been faulty following a large bill upon my leaving the property. Because that could not send an engineer in to check the meter as the new occupier had changed suppliers rather swiftly.... Good move!! It could not be proven either way yet I still had to pay the full amount, not only this they made up some phoney admin charges costing me a further £45 adding salt to my wounds... I give in and set up a direct debit of £50 per month, three payments later I get a letter from their solicitors saying that they are going to give me a CCJ which will ruin my credit rating... I randomly them up and spoke to yet another soulless scripted robot who despite sense, reason and fact.... My direct debit statements and a trail of emails kept repeating the same response... It's another story of big companies bullying the very people they need to keep them in business..
I am truly disgusted by them and urge anyone to think again and go to a reputable energy company.. or go off grid like me and say good riddance to them all. A little respect goes a long way.
