“Disappointed by apparent change in product formulation”

I've used Clairol semi-permanent colour in Beige Blonde, for several years, however last time I used it my light blonde/grey hair turned pink - a few days before my son's wedding! It did tone with my accessories (!) but I got some odd comments.

One month later it is still pink and has only toned down a bit. I cannot find any way to contact Clairol UK to complain. Very disappointing that I won't be able to use something I've relied on for so long.
