This is the second time I've bought blinds from concept, to say we're happy would be understated.
I couldn't remember what shade of colour we had originally bought as it had been over three years since we bought them. I dropped them an email to see if they could remember. Within 5 minutes I had the original order stating the shade.
The quality of the blinds we bought (x2) were really top notch, the customer service is second to none.
Other blind companies take note; THIS IS HOW ITS DONE.
