“Very happy with my new system”

Recently received my new system from PC specialist and the whole experience was very smooth from first selecting the system and configuring the components to receiving it. After ordering they kept me informed of every step in the process and the system shipped and arrived a few days ahead of schedule. I had ordered an additional wireless card as had not realised that the motherboard came with one. I receive a phone call which informed me of this and recommended that I not bother with this. I was very impressed at their level of technical competence and service in alerting me to this oversight. I have had no issues with the system so far and everything has been running smoothly. My one very minor gripe is that they do not include a break down of the cost for each component, either while configuring or on the invoice.
