None from my experience.
A seemingly faulty online ordering system that doesn't register orders correctly but does take your money, and a customer care line that doesn't deal with online ordering problems.
I ordered a pair of shoes on Chums, and paid for express 48 hour delivery as they were needed in a hurry. My credit card was charged, and I received a confirmation email from the payment system and from Chums themselves. A week later, still no shoes, and on phoning the customer care number provided in the email, I was informed that they had no record of my order, and that they couldn't help with online orders anyway - I'd have to use email.
