“If I could give zero stars I would ”

Waited in all day , no collection , checked online they said they tried to collect but no one home so left a card , I was home and no card left , they rebooked for tomorrow but didn't want to accept my complaint that I'd waited all day and the driver had blantently lied , so I now have to wait home again all day tomorrow
