“How difficult can it be”

All my windows have been replaced over recent years by Zenith and whilst dealing with them is as expected, useless. i like the products.

We recently agreed to have our front door and a new bifold rear doors fitted at the beginning of December, we agreed the costs and the the delivery was 4-6 weeks.

Here we are in February and despite phone calls, promised delivery dates we are still waiting for them to be installed. The offices and staff are less than helpfull, unable to advise what is happening.

How difficult can it be?

Customer service is shocking! If it was not for the fact that i like the windows and all the rest in the house are from Zenith i would definitely not be using them again.
