Having booked well in advance, and this booking confirmed by the restaurant both by phone and e-mail, i was told there was no reservation. No apology, no checking for mistakes, merely looked at like i was lying about having booked.
The service is rude and indifferent. The food is of a good standard, but pricy. mistake made during service are grudgingly rectified, if at all (if you can get in having reserved a seat and all. Complaints are not acknowledged.
