“Post Office is withdrawing this card from 14th Feb....”

Post Office is withdrawing this card from 14th Feb. Refund of outstanding blances will take up to 8 weeks from then to be issued! Rate will be "preferential" but I'm sure most of us with balances will still lose out on the rate.
