Useless.



After using my passport as ID to get the card, they wrote to me asking proof of ID, including my passport on the list.



The details were sent off and nothing more was heard.



When going to use the card abroad, having tested it first in the UK, it failed to work, and asked me to contact the issuer.



Later it emerged they never received my letter, so just decided to freeze the account and left me on holiday with one source less of money.



If it had been my only source, I would have been left with just the money in my wallet for my holiday.



Don't rely on them, they don't have a clue, and I am still waiting for a refund.



Also, the cards are no longer any use for avoiding fees on Ryanair flights.
