“We travelled with Inghams in February for a week to...”

We travelled with Inghams in February for a week to Flaine for skiing. Sadly Inghams rep not only showed no interest at all while we were staying there but also forgot to take us back to the airport! He left a note outside our door two days before to be outside the hotel for collection at 6:30 am (we never actually saw him at all apart from on the coach on the way there). On the morning of departure we arrived downstairs at 6:15 am. We now know that the coach sailed past at 6:30 without even slowing down. We tried to phone our Inghams rep on his "24 hour" mobile number only to find his phone was switched off! Luckily for us among we managed to get a lift from the Nielsens rep on his coach at 8:00 and just made our flight.

Had it not been for luck and Nielsens we would have been left stranded in Flaine and would have missed our flight home. We complained when we got home and were offered a £150 voucher of our next Inghams holiday between 7 people. We sent it back!
