Inghams Customer Service.
General Comments
Inghams have so far proved very unhelpful and I haven't travelled with them yet. I booked to go to Austria this year and they have now changed the flight to 5.30am, which means my young children will have to get up at 1.30am to make the flight. I did not book a flight this early. In fact paid a higher price to book a flight at a reasonable time. I only knew of this change when I received the tickets. I have complained to Inghams and they have so far refused to do anything and state this is within their terms and conditions. Is it any wonder children are tired and grumpy on flights if operators change flights to unreasonable times without notice. I normally make my own travel plans and in future will continue with this as booking through an operator like Inghams is a nightmare. They simply state they are allowed to change the flight time by up to 12 hours after booking and do not accept any responsibility. As it is the reason for my change is that they have changed airlines. So my advice book the cheapest flight option, because you have no guarantee that Inghams will in fact honor your booking time!
