Not happy with the service at all. I transfered from O2 due to a change in Mobile (which was also a mistake, but thats another story!).
The speeds are variable, from nothing to normal, sadly it is normally closer to nothing. The speeds drop off at any time in the day, not just the peak times.
Their customer service was awful, I emailed "broadband support" (logical right). They asked me to confirm who I was etc, then stated that they couldnt help as I needed to contact "Technical Support", they also dont have the ability to pass on emails to the correct department. Rather than spend hours on a phone I decided to just leave.
Worst choice I have made, Im just happy I am still within the 30-day peace of mind policy (will see how well that works.....). The thought of being stuck with them for 18 months is enough to make me die a little inside!
Sometimes its worth paying a couple of extra pounds a month for a reliable service. (O2 was fantastic, just pricey if not a mobile customer).
