“Did not even ATTEMPT delivery”

UPS is really slipping. Use to be my favorite delivery service and I have used them literally hundreds of times for business and persona. They have delivered to my current residence countless times (including in the winter). I live in a subdivision. Now they claim "treacherous weather" and cannot deliver--with NO delivery attempt. I was literally on the phone with them and listening to their "treacherous weather" excuse while Canada post drove up to my house and dropped a package. NO bad weather at all just an excuse not to deliver and then tried to charge me to use an alternate address (since they wouldn't deliver to my address). I will be avoiding UPS from here forward if this is how they are now doing business. Hopefully those with some authority over deliveries are reading these reviews!!!
