We have used Travel Republic several times in the past, and find them very good value for money. Normally we don't need to bother customer services as everything happens automatically. On this occasion we had booked for Tunisia, just before the uprising and needed to rebook at short notice: the help from customer services was first class, and had changed our booking within 48 hours and no hassle.
